Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification
The Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification is a specialty fitness coaching certification the focuses on the following systems and methods during it's weekend courses. 1. How to screen and assess clients to ensure you are selecting the correct exercises for them. And how to do so with the goal of training, not just doing "corrective exercise:. 2. How to program based around the six foundational movement patterns. 3. How to run a six phase dynamic warmup that is meaningful to the session and prepares the client for success. 4. How to run your first session and improve your sign up rates. This is not a "general certification". This is not a tool or "exercise type" certification. This is the certification that gives ACTIONABLE methods for immediate implementation and improvement of your business. This is a 2 day X 8-hour each day certification that is 40% lecture and 60% practical. It is pre-approved for 1.5 ceus for ACE and 1.6 ceus for NASM. Other bodies (NSCA, ISSA, PTA-G and more) accept it, you just need to self report.
