Andrew is a Psychologist, management consultant, business leader, and executive coach.
As a registered Psychologist, Andrew has worked in both Australia and the U.K providing counseling within the homeless and prison communities. Shifting to corporate Psychology, Andrew specialized in change, culture, and leadership and over the course of 13 years has led transformations including restructures, IT projects, and culture programs across the public and private sectors.
Andrew’s passion for working in Aged Care began in the role of General Manager at Mirus Australia, a consultancy supporting Aged Care providers to achieve financial sustainability. Since then he has co-founded initiatives that strive to improve leadership capability across the Aged Care sector.
