Shawna Renando has amassed a diverse range of experience in customer service and management roles across multiple industries. Currently, Shawna serves as a Customer Service Manager at PSS since February 2021 and as a Retail Specialist at Ulta Beauty since May 2023. Previous positions include Corporate Support Manager and Corporate Support Administrator at Sound Community Bank, where coordination with leadership and travel arrangements for the CEO were key responsibilities. Shawna began their career at Albertsons Companies as a Checker and has held various roles including Purchasing Coordinator at Paint Sundries Solutions, Inc. and Customer Service Representative at Allstate. Shawna holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Edmonds College and graduated from Juanita High School.
