Paul Fresina

Paul Fresina has extensive experience in operations and program management within environmental services and education sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at PaintCare since March 2012, Paul has held various roles including Director of Special Projects, Director of Communications, and Director of State Programs. Prior to this position, Paul was self-employed as a handyman and worked at Recology in multiple managerial roles, overseeing hazardous waste facilities and educational programs from 2000 to 2008. Additionally, Paul has experience as an adjunct faculty instructor at San Francisco State University from 1991 to 2003 and managed the Hazardous Waste Program for Businesses at the City and County of San Francisco from 1996 to 1999. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut and a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from San Francisco State University.
