Benjamin Hummel has a diverse work experience in the field of art and illustration. Benjamin started their career as an Adjunct Art Instructor at Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design in 2011. Prior to that, they owned their own company called Hummel Illustration, where they created narrative art for various clients. Benjamin also worked as a Chalk Artist at Cherished Solutions, llc, where they created 3D chalk art illusions at various events and locations across the United States. Additionally, they have worked as a freelance illustrator for Centennial Institute and Pearson Education. Benjamin co-founded Painting for Life and served as the Owner, licensing art on various products. Benjamin also worked as an Art Instructor/Craft Designer at Glendale YMCA and as a Graphic Designer/Prepress at Valiant. Earlier in their career, they were a Prepress Manager at Colorline and a Production Artist at Tehama Golf, IZOD G. Throughout their career, Benjamin has demonstrated a strong passion for art and has worked on a wide range of projects and assignments.

Benjamin Hummel pursued their education from 1995 to 1998 at the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design. During this period, they focused on obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a specialization in Illustration.
