Horst Kolb

Horst Kolb is a seasoned painting instructor at Painting for Life since January 2021, while also serving as a Maler at Atelier fuer Freie Malerei since October 2006, focusing on marine-themed artwork. With extensive experience as a Master Painter at Forum of Paint since January 1971, Kolb has a background as a Meisterschüler in Farbfeldmalerei from 1979 to 1981. Educational qualifications include a Diplom earned as a Meisterschüler under Prof. Lambert Maria Wintersberger, and summa cum laude recognition in Malerei from the same professor. Additional studies in applied painting, material science, and theory were completed at Kunstunterricht in Tübingen from 1972 to 1974.
