Jill Orkisz

Jill Orkisz has held several roles in the customer service and creative industries. In 2020, they became the Customer Experience Liaison Team Lead at Pair Eyewear, where they managed interdepartmental communications between the CX Team and other departments, special-handled escalations, ran reports, and organized CX comms with the fulfillment center. Additionally, they became a Customer Experience Team Member at Pair Eyewear in December 2020. That same year, they also became the Owner/Creator of Sunshine Dyedreams, where they created vibrant, long-lasting tie-dye clothing and wearables. In 2014, they were the Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, where they were responsible for meeting monthly goals for sales of fitness memberships and packages. In 2013, they were a Brand Ambassador at BARetc, where they represented multiple brands at promotional events and maintained an online database.

Jill Orkisz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Studio Art from the University of Maryland between 2005 and 2009.
