Katerina Semenova

Katerina Semenova has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Katerina began their career as a Lead Market Research Analyst at London Consulting Management Company, where they conducted market research and analytics of commercial and residential real estate. In 2010, they moved to Global Blue as a Market Analyst, performing marketing analysis of the Russian travel and luxury retail segments and developing partnerships with travel organisations. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Ust Luga Cup. In 2018, they joined 8base as a Technical Recruiter, Sourcer, and HR Manager, where they redesigned the whole recruiting process and helped scale the company from 7 to 50 employees. Currently, they are a Tech Recruiter at PAIR Finance.

Katerina Semenova holds a Master's degree in Global Economy from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University.
