Ian McCleary

Ian McCleary has a diverse professional background with experience in tech support at Pair Networks, Inc. since February 2021, and previous roles including Robotics Engineer at Bossa Nova Robotics and Machinist at E&W Machine. As a Machinist, Ian gained skills in setting up and operating lathes and mills, alongside programming CNC projects using FeatureCAM. Prior experience as a Teacher Assistant at Roanoke City Public Schools involved supporting special education teachers in a classroom for autistic students, focusing on social, behavior, and academic skills. Additionally, Ian worked as a Mixer and team lead at TAKTL, LLC, where leadership of a team was a key responsibility. Ian holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Franklin University and has completed education at Forbes Road Career and Technology Center and Gateway Senior High School.
