Tyler Hathaway has extensive experience in product support and technology leadership within the cybersecurity and tech industries. Currently serving as a Product Support Engineer at Claroty since June 2023, Tyler previously held multiple roles at Check Point from March 2017 to June 2023, including Technology Leader for Scalable Platforms, Escalations Engineer, and Support Engineer. Prior to this, Tyler worked as a Service Desk Specialist at TTI, Inc. from December 2015 to March 2017, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical support and customer service.
