Maylin Fernandez

Maylin Fernandez has extensive experience in various roles related to care management, family case management, consulting, service coordination, and social services. Maylin is currently the Lead Care Manager at Pair Team since April 2023. Previously, they worked as a Family Case Manager at Family Connection of Easton, Inc. from October 2019 to May 2020 and as a Consulting Specialist at PCG Consulting Group from May 2019 to October 2019. Maylin also served as a Service Coordinator at Southside United HDFC (Los Sures) from May 2018 to May 2019 and as a Food Support Coordinator / Social Services at the same organization from May 2012 to May 2017. Maylin Fernadez also gained experience as a Case Manager at HeartShare Human Services of New York from April 2015 to June 2016, where they had direct interaction with clients and managed case files.
