Hannah Bonney

Hannah Bonney has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Hannah began their career as a Visitor Services staff at Ely Cathedral in 2014, where they worked for three months. In the same year, they joined Elizabeth Gaskell's House as an Audience Engagement Assistant, contributing to the organization for six months.

In 2017, Bonney transitioned to Your Super, where they held multiple roles over a span of five years. Hannah initially worked as a Marketing and Customer Service staff, responsible for customer service, brand partnerships, and events management. Hannah then progressed to the position of CX & CRM Manager, overseeing multi-channel customer communication and management. Later, they became a Senior Retention Manager, managing the omnichannel customer experience, leading digital product upgrades and implementation of new tech tools. Notably, their responsibilities included email campaigns, SMS campaigns, app push, FB messenger, direct mail, and other print media. Lastly, they served as a Digital Product Manager, leading the global upgrade of the subscription program and customer loyalty program.

Most recently, Bonney joined Paired as a Product Manager in 2022 and is currently employed in this role.

Hannah Bonney completed their high school education at South Wilts Grammar School from 2011 to 2014. Hannah then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Art History and Visual Studies at The University of Manchester from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Art Gallery and Museum Studies from The University of Manchester from 2014 to 2015.
