Emily Harburg, Ph.D.

Emily Harburg, Ph.D. is the CEO & Co-Founder of PairUp, a digital platform focused on streamlining workplace efficiency through connection. Emily is also the Co-Founder & Advisor of Brave Initiatives, an organization dedicated to increasing the number of women in technology careers. With a background in technology, psychology, and business, Emily has also held positions at EF Education First, Facebook, and Walt Disney Imagineering. Emily holds a B.A. in Social Psychology and Anthropology from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Technology & Social Behavior from Northwestern University.
