National Director at Pais Movement

Daniel Najombong Ikpi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Daniel Najombong started their career in 2011 as an IT consultant and instructor at Doziens Graphics in Abuja. In 2014, they worked as a Software Consultant at Ayo Funmi Investment and Management Consultants Limited, where they stayed until 2016.

From 2016 to 2017, Daniel worked as the Administrative Team Lead at Pais Movement. Daniel Najombong then transitioned to the role of Communications Director in Pais Movement from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they became the Apprenticeship Director for Pais in West Africa (Nigeria), a position they held until August 2020.

Additionally, Daniel founded Royal Youth Volunteers in 2015 and served as the Founder until January 2022. Daniel Najombong also joined Pais Movement again in 2019 as the National Director, responsible for recruiting, training, and managing teams of interns across Nigeria. Daniel Najombong reported daily to the global office.

Daniel Najombong Ikpi's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at National Open University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science in 2016.

In 2016, Daniel attended the Pais Institute in Texas, USA, where they obtained a certificate in Youth and Leadership Studies. Daniel Najombong continued their studies at the Pais Institute from 2016 to 2018 and earned another certificate in the same field.

In 2020, Daniel pursued a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Africa Leadership Institute.

Most recently, in 2022, Daniel attended Covenant University and obtained a certificate in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel has also obtained various certifications. Daniel Najombong received a certification in HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals from the Federal Ministry of Communications, Nigeria, in January 2023. In August 2022, they obtained certifications in SQL Essential Training and SQL for Data Analysis from LinkedIn. In July 2022, Daniel earned an EFSET English Certificate with a score of 62/100 (C1 Advanced) from the EFSET Standard English Test. Daniel Najombong also obtained a certification in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from Microsoft in June 2022.

Finally, in December 2020, Daniel completed the Jobberman Soft-skills Training and earned a Certificate of Achievement from Jobberman Nigeria. In April 2020, they obtained The Shapes Test certification from Pais Movement.
