Gaurav Chaubey currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Credit Officer at Paisalo Digital Limited, where responsibilities include overseeing credit functions and heading the Co-lending vertical since September 2010. Gaurav has significant experience in various operational roles, having played a pivotal role in transforming the organization into a profit center by achieving collection targets. Prior to Paisalo Digital Limited, Gaurav held the position of Chief Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, managing branch operations with a customer base of 3000. Gaurav's career began at ICICI Bank, progressing through multiple roles, including Branch Manager and Assistant Manager, where expertise was developed in branch operations, sales, and product development. Academic qualifications include a Master of Management Studies in Finance and Marketing from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from Kumaun University.
