John Godek

John Godek is an accomplished freelance RPG author and game designer at Paizo Inc. since August 2019, with a strong portfolio including contributions to Paizo, Legendary Games, and Evil Robot games. As a producer and executive board member for Know Direction Network, John produces three bi-weekly podcasts and contributes to major decision-making processes. Additionally, John serves as the executive producer for the Intrepid Heroes Network, overseeing a weekly actual play podcast. In academia, John has held various positions at Seattle Pacific University and the University of Washington, Bothell, focusing on entrepreneurship, management, and marketing courses. John has also contributed to sports photography with organizations like MaxPreps and the Washington Prep Athletics Network, and served as a soccer referee and instructor for the United States Soccer Federation. John Godek holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Michigan and has a diverse educational background including an MBA in Marketing and an MS in Psychology.
