Ashley Dittmar

Ashley Dittmar currently serves as the Chief Advancement Officer at Pajama Program, an organization dedicated to promoting equitable access to healthy sleep for children. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles in development at Crisis Text Line and BlinkNow, where philanthropic efforts were centered on mental health support and empowering children in Nepal, respectively. Ashley has also contributed to Project Concern International and UC San Diego's Rady School of Management, focusing on donor relations and stewardship. Additionally, Ashley has been an active speaker and consultant, sharing expertise in fundraising and donor retention at various nonprofit events. Ashley holds a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit Management and Leadership from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Spanish from San Diego State University.
