Serge G has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Serge G began their career at Arthur Young International as an Auditor in Public Accounting from September 1985 to August 1987. Serge G then moved on to Westburne, where they held various roles such as Internal Auditor, Controller, and General Manager from 1988 to 1999. Since 2000, Serge has been working at Pak West, where they currently hold the position of CFO. Their responsibilities at Pak West include IT strategy, creating value-added business intelligence, successful implementation of ERP, inventory management, credit risk management, banking relationships, investment projects, and process design.

Serge G's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. Serge G obtained their BBA in Business & Accounting from HEC Montréal, studying from 1980 to 1985. After that, they pursued an EMBA in International Business from Chapman University, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. Later, in 2004 to 2005, they obtained a Business Process Management Certificate from Pepperdine University.

In addition to their degrees, Serge G has also obtained several certifications. Serge G received their CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification from AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) in June 2001. Serge G obtained the CA (Chartered Accountant) certification from OCAQ (Ordre Des Comptables Agrees du Quebec) in November 1987. Furthermore, they received the CITP (Certified Information Technology Professional) certification from AICPA in January 2008, and the CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) certification from AICPA in February 2012.
