Syed M. Hasan

Syed M. Hasan has extensive experience in finance and auditing, currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at a Public Limited Company, an affiliate of a USA-based Fortune 500 Business Group, since September 2008. Previously, Syed worked as the Group Finance Manager at Jang Group of Companies from January 2006 to August 2008, and held the position of Senior Executive in Finance & Accounts at AHIML Financial Company from October 2004 to December 2005. Syed began a professional career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Big 4 Chartered Accountants Firm from July 2001 to July 2004. Educational qualifications include a CMA in Business & Management Accounting from the Institute of Management Accountants (USA), CA (Finalist) in Financial Reporting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, ACMA in Management Accounting from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants, and APA in Financial Accounting from the Institute of Public Finance Accountant.
