Irfan Siddiqui possesses extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager Civil at Pakistan Refinery Limited since May 2009, with previous roles including Manager Contracts & Procurement and Manager Civil. Responsibilities encompass reviewing engineering designs, supervising construction, planning maintenance, and managing various civil works. Prior to this, Irfan held positions as QA/QC Auditor Civil at Moody International and Project Engineer Civil at Haleeb Foods Limited, where involvement included the construction of processing plants and quality control. Early career experience includes roles at Arif Belgaumi Architects and C.E & Associates, focusing on project management and site execution. Irfan holds an Engineer's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from Sir Syed University.

Pakistan Refinery Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited company in May 1960 and is quoted on the Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges. The Refinery has a capacity of processing 47,000 barrels per day of crude oil into a variety of distilled petroleum products such as Furnace Oil, High Speed Diesel, Kerosene oil, Jet fuel and Motor gasoline etc.
