Procurement and Resource Management

The Procurement and Resource Management team at Pakistan Refinery is responsible for sourcing and acquiring the necessary materials and services for refinery operations. This includes managing supplier relationships, overseeing cost control and taxation strategies, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards, as well as coordinating logistics to optimize the supply chain. Their overarching goal is to ensure the efficient and cost-effective procurement of resources necessary to support the refinery's production capacity and operational excellence.
