Muhammad Ammar

Muhammad Ammar is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as the Deputy General Manager and Head of IT Design & Development at Pakistan State Oil since January 2024. With a strong focus on delivering innovative and scalable software solutions, Muhammad leads strategic planning in IT software architecture, including infrastructure and cybersecurity. Prior to this role, Muhammad held the position of Senior Vice President at Meezan Bank Limited, where responsibilities included developing enterprise architecture aligned with business operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Avanza Innovations, as well as various managerial positions at Avanza Solutions, overseeing technical software support services for clients across multiple regions. Muhammad holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
