Nida Yousuf

Nida Yousuf is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 18 years in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Pakistan State Oil since May 2024, Nida previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Barrick Gold Corporation for the Reko Diq Mining Company from May 2023 to May 2024. Nida's earlier roles include Chief Human Resources Officer and Global Director of Human Resources and Administration at Daraz from September 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive HR strategies. Nida also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at K-Electric, and as Head of Human Resources for Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh at Emirates Airline. Early career experience includes roles at BP and internships at Unilever and Novartis. Nida holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services as well as a BBA in HR from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology.
