Amir Khan Karim is a skilled professional with a strong background in industrial engineering and business excellence. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering and Business Excellence at Alkaram Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd since November 2021, Amir previously held positions such as Deputy Manager of Operational Excellence and Industrial Engineering Lead at International Textile Limited from August 2020 to November 2021, and Assistant Manager of Industrial Engineering at Yunus Textile Mills from December 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included leading value stream mapping exercises and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
