Yasir Yaqoob CIPD is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) since October 2007, Yasir oversees all HR and Organizational Development activities, addressing contemporary challenges in the field. Previously, Yasir held the position of Deputy Director (HR/Coordination) at PTA, facilitating HR operations in accordance with the PTA Employees Service Regulations (2008). Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resource Manager at KPMG, where responsibilities encompassed full HR management and development, and as a Business Manager at Charter Health, overseeing HR activities and business dealings. Yasir holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Leeds, an Associate Membership from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bradford, and A Level certification in Business Studies from Park Lane College, Leeds.
