Sandeep Mishra has extensive experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as the Export Region Head at Pakka since July 2015, focusing on the European and Central Asian markets. Concurrently, Sandeep holds the position of Export Sales Region Head at Yash Papers Limited, overseeing domestic sales in the western region of India. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial Service Consultant at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, specializing in bancassurance from July 2014 to July 2015. Sandeep holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Galgotia Educational Institution (2012-2014) and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Finance from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University (2008-2011), along with an intermediate education in Biology from Desh Deepak Adarsh Inter College (2006-2008).

Today, Pakka has shifted its focus towards producing compostable packaging solutions. CHUK is the product brand of Pakka that produces 100% compostable tableware that is completely safe to eat from. Launched in 2017, today it has presence in major cities of India and has 150+ QSRs like Haldiram's, Lite Bite Food, Chaipoint, Google, Starbucks, PVR, Inox and Amazon as its customers.
