Melissa

Melissa is currently the People and Culture Manager at Pakt. Prior to this, they were with Gannett Welsh & Kotler from May 2005 to October 2007 as a Portfolio Administrator. Before that, they were with State Street from August 2004 to May 2005 as a Senior Fund Accountant.

Melissa completed their undergraduate studies at the Council on International Educational Exchange in Sevilla, Spain, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Melissa then went on to earn a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Villanova University.

Melissa reports to Open, CFO. They work with and Open - Director of Finance. Some direct reports include Open - Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator, Open - Payroll and Benefits Coordinator.
