Joanna Chang

Joanna Chang has extensive experience in luxury retail management, currently serving as General Manager at Pal Zileri Las Vegas since December 2011, where responsibilities include buying for luxury Italian men's suits and developing merchandising techniques. Prior roles include General Manager at Paul Smith, overseeing a yearly volume of $4.7 million and a staff of 13, and General Manager at Chloe, where Joanna opened the store and managed all operations. From February 2002 to November 2007, Joanna held the position of Senior General Manager at Prada, responsible for $18 million in annual volume and managing 38 staff members. Earlier career experience includes Senior Sales Manager at Siam Corporation USA, generating significant annual revenue and managing various aspects of sales and marketing.
