Konika Gupta is an experienced application support professional with a comprehensive background in managing and resolving technical issues across various industries. Currently serving as Application Support Team Lead and formerly as Senior Application Support Specialist at Boyd Interactive, Konika has successfully tracked time-sensitive production issues and managed escalated ticket queues. Previous roles include Application Support Specialist at Cority, where responsibilities included creating monitoring scripts and managing certificate renewals, and Teranet Inc., where complex technical issues were resolved using various SDLC tools. Early career experience includes IT Analyst positions at Safety-First Security Services Limited and co-op roles at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, along with a background in software development at Global Info Systems. Konika holds a Post-Graduate Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering Technology from Centennial College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Delhi University.
