Kelly Elam

Kelly Elam is an experienced Project Engineer at PALA Interstate since 2012, specializing in the design of API 650 tanks and piping to meet client specifications while ensuring high quality and performance. Responsibilities include the erection and repair of above-ground storage tanks, provision of comprehensive tank farm maintenance solutions, and in-house storage tank engineering. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as a Shipping Manager and Delivery Driver at Aliance Laser from 2011 to 2012, and as a Project Manager and Estimator at Gainey's Concrete Products from 2010 to 2011. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Drafting) from Southeastern Louisiana University, obtained in 2010, and a High School Degree from Ponchatoula High School, completed in 2005.
