Rick Carter

Rick Carter is the owner of Seashell Cellars and has been leading Palace Construction as the President since November 1989. Rick earned a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University in 1994, a Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law in 1988, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Creighton University in 1983.
