Mason has over two decades of experience in sports announcing, currently serving as the NBA Arena Announcer for Palace Sports & Entertainment and the In Arena Announcer for the NBA Detroit Pistons since November 2001. Mason co-owns Mason Radio Syndication and has been involved with Beasley Media Detroit. Additionally, Mason worked as a Radio Host for Beasley Media Group from October 2019 to 2020. Mason attended Kent State University from 1976 to 1978, focusing on Telecommunications Engineering.
