Joseph Dilio

Joseph Dilio is an experienced restaurant management professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various dining establishments. Currently serving as the General Manager at Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar since August 2021, Joseph previously held the position of General Manager at Cotoletta Fitler Square from November 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, Joseph gained extensive experience at Maggiano's Little Italy, where roles included Restaurant Manager, Maitre 'd, Key Employee, and Server from February 2009 to November 2018. Joseph began the career journey as a Host at Cotardo's Ristorante Italiano in Clementon, NJ, from June 2006 to August 2007. Joseph received an Associate's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College between 2007 and 2009.
