Margarita Medina-Samson

Margarita Medina-Samson has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, primarily as a bartender. Current roles include bartender at Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar since October 2014 and at Smoke on the Water since March 2012. Previous bartending positions were held at Center Plate from July 2010 to April 2013 and at Eden from February 2008 to April 2011. Margarita holds an associate degree with a double major in business and hospitality management from Broward College, completed in 2013.
