Debra Smith

Debra Smith has a diverse work experience. Debra started their career in 2012 as the VP People Care at PALADIN & ARCHER Software Systems, where they were responsible for managing the company's personnel. In 2016, they joined Athenian eAcademy as a High School Mentor, where they provided guidance and support to high school students until May 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant at Brigham Young University, contributing to research projects until October of that year.

Debra Smith received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2018. Prior to that, they attended FIDM where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Fashion Merchandising. In terms of additional certifications, Debra obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 DevOps Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2020 and again in September 2021. Debra also received the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification in September 2021, and the Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant certification in October 2021. Additionally, Debra obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification in August 2020.
