Randy Levitt

Director, Pharmacovigilance And Medical Affairs at Paladin Labs

Randy Levitt, PhD has extensive experience in the field of pharmacovigilance and medical affairs. Randy began their career as a Medical Writer at I.C. Axon / MedCases Canada Inc. In 2006, Randy worked as a Senior Research Application Associate at Biomedcom Consultants Inc. From 2008 to 2012, they held the position of Manager of Scientific Communications/Publications at Labopharm, where they were responsible for writing and outlining scientific and medical documents. At Paladin Labs, Randy held multiple roles, including Manager of Scientific Communications/Publications, Associate Director of Pharmacovigilance and Medical Affairs, and most recently, Director of Pharmacovigilance and Medical Affairs. In their current role at Paladin Labs, Randy manages both the Canadian and international Pharmacovigilance departments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and overseeing the budget.

Randy Levitt, PhD, obtained their Ph.D. in Experimental Medicine from McGill University from 1999 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a B.Sc. in Biochemistry (Honours) from McGill University between 1996 and 1999. Randy began their education at Marianopolis College, where they received their DEC in Health Sciences from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, Randy Levitt recently obtained certification in PAAB Training 3.0 from the Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board (PAAB) in 2022.
