Chelsea Hazewinkel

Chelsea McKay Hazewinkel is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various capacities within the legal and construction industries. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer for Paladin Security Group Ltd since June 2021, Chelsea previously held the position of Legal Counsel for Canadian Industrial Operations at PCL Construction, where responsibilities included providing legal advice and leadership across multiple business units and managing complex litigation and claims. Chelsea has also served in leadership roles at the Legal Education Society of Alberta and established Sapphire Law Office while teaching Business Law at the University of Alberta. With a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta and an Honours Commerce degree from The University of Edinburgh, Chelsea's expertise encompasses risk management, litigation, and regulatory affairs.
