James Blight, CPP, currently serves as Acting Vice President of Operations at Paladin Security Group Ltd since October 2021. Previously, James held the position of Director, Security & Life Safety at Ivanhoé Cambridge from May 2016 to September 2021, where responsibilities included developing and managing national security and safety programs across Canada.
