Jay Adams

Jay Adams is an experienced operations and project manager with a diverse background in the electrical and technology sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager at Paladin Technologies since February 2022, Jay previously held similar positions at Convergint Technologies from July 2018 to February 2022, overseeing security and automation projects in the Ft. McMurray region. Prior experience includes a strategic role as Operations Manager at Concept Electric from November 2009 to July 2018 and project management at Northern Electric Canada Ltd. from January 2005 to September 2009, where foundational skills in sales, estimating, and resource management were developed. Jay's career began as a journeyman electrician after completing electrical apprenticeship training and receiving education from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and University College of the Caribou.
