Randy Tate

Randy Tate has extensive work experience in the field of project management and operations. Randy started their career in 2008 at Skyline Communications as an Estimator/Project Manager, where they were responsible for sales lead generation, customer acquisition, and project budgeting and estimating. Randy managed projects of various sizes and scope for different sectors, including education, government, and military installations. In 2014, Randy joined Holmes Electric as an Estimator/Project Manager, where they coordinated estimates and sales efforts within the low voltage/technologies group. Randy also handled project management tasks such as material procurement, manpower scheduling, system installation, cost control, and project closeout. Additionally, Randy held the position of Group Executive at Holmes Electric from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Tekworks as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing project management activities until 2021. Currently, Randy is the Director of Operations at Paladin Technologies, a role they assumed in 2021.

Randy Tate's education history includes attending the University of Washington from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business Administration. Randy also attended Edmonds Community College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a similar field of study. In addition to their academic qualifications, Randy Tate obtained a Limited Energy EL06 Administrators License from the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries in September 2019.
