Russell Garing

Russell Garing is an experienced professional with a strong background in contracts and operations management. Currently serving in the Contracts role at DZYNE Technologies since May 2021, Russell also holds the position of COO at Modern Bar Cart, overseeing operations for Embitterment's holding company. Prior experience includes working as a Contract Specialist at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), where Russell focused on the acquisition of Joint Strike Fighters and led data analytics initiatives to inform pricing strategies. Additional roles include Head of Operations at Embitterment Bitters and participation as a Gupta Fellow at the U.S. Department of State. Russell's earlier career features management and research positions, complemented by an MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Analytics from the University of Maryland and a BA in Political Science from Gettysburg College.
