Mark Dolphin, CPRP, is an experienced athletics manager with a career spanning over a decade in park district management. Currently serving as Athletics Manager at Palatine Park District since April 2022, Mark oversees co-recreation and basketball programs, as well as various sports camps. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Athletic Manager at Wheaton Park District, managing multiple youth basketball teams and summer sports camps. Previous experience includes serving as Athletic Supervisor at Hanover Park Park District, where responsibilities included coordinating athletic leagues and running special events. Mark’s earlier career in customer service management at Village Bank & Trust provided a foundation in leadership and operational efficiency. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from Loras College and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
