Pavel Černoch

Pavel Černoch is a Co-Founder & International Sales Director at PALAXO. Pavel has over 19 years of experience in the customer service and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

In 2000, Pavel Černoch co-founded FORMICA Group, s.r.o., a customer service company based in the Czech Republic. Pavel served as the company's Sales Director for seven years. In 2007, they left FORMICA Group to start Contact Center International LLC, a BPO company with a focus on the U.S. market. Pavel Černoch served as the company's Founder & Managing Director for six years.

In January 2014, Pavel Černoch co-founded PALAXO International Ltd., a customer service company that provides services to businesses in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the United States. Pavel currently serves as the company's Co-Founder & Managing Director (Europe).
