Benjamin Felix is currently the Head of Human Resources at PalC Networks. Prior to this role, Benjamin served as the Senior Manager - Human Resources at DATRI Blood Stem Cell Donors Registry and Manager - Human Resources at MBIT Wireless Private Limited. With a strong background in HR, Benjamin has also worked at HCL Technologies as Deputy Manager Human Resources. Benjamin's expertise lies in talent management, HR transformation, performance management, compensation and benefits, and strategic planning. Benjamin holds a MA in Economics from Loyola College and has completed various programs in Human Resources Management and Services.
