Eirini Gavala

Eirini Gavala is a seasoned professional in data management and venture advisory, currently contributing to Pale Blue Dot, a €87 million climate-tech VC fund since November 2021, focusing on software-based companies aimed at combating the climate crisis. Prior experience includes serving as a Venture Advisor at Skåne Startups, facilitating connections between investors and entrepreneurs, and assuming the role of Real Estate Consultant at Golden Home Real Estate Greece, a leading real estate company. Eirini also held positions as an Assistant Manager at Arsenis Delicatessen and as a Food Technologist Consultant at Holy Ginger, where expertise was applied in food safety and production. Early career experience includes a Research Assistant at Fachhochschule Weihenstephan Freising, focusing on berry juice processing, and a Quality Control Assistant internship at Gregory's Food Service Group S.A. Eirini holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Lund University and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and Processing from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens.
