Dainius Kinta

Dainius Kinta has over 20 years of work experience. From 2021 to present, they have been the Head of Operations and Operations Manager at Paleo Ridge (The Daly Partners LTD), a manufacturer and distributor of raw dog food. Prior to that, they were the Manufacturing Manager at PELHAM HEALTHCARE LIMITED, a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality cosmetics, from 2020. From 2019-2018, they were the Production Manager at Alitex, a designer and manufacturer of bespoke Victorian greenhouses, conservatories, rooflights and atriums in aluminium, and at Pan'Artisan, a manufacturer and distributor of high quality dough. In 2017, they were the Manufacturing Manager at Crystal Spring Consumer Division Ltd, a manufacturer and distributor of high quality cosmetics and toiletries. From 2010-2007, they were the Operations Section Manager at Natures Way Foods, a leading manufacturer of fresh convenient food, and the Senior Site Manager at ANDOLINI LTD, a Construction Company of living houses. From 2006-2005, they were the Site Manager at INTRAPAKO STATYBU CENTRAS LTD, a construction and engineering company, and the Project Manager at AULAUKIS LTD, a manufacturer and designer of windows and doors from PVC and aluminium. Finally, from 2001-2005, they were the Managing Engineer at EKRANAS JOINT STOCK COMPANY, a TV manufacturing company.

Dainius Kinta obtained a Master of Electrical Engineering, Engineer in Control Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronic Systems from Kaunas University of Technology between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's diploma of Electrical Engineering in Automation and Control Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) for Managing Safely in 2017, and a certification from IOSH for Working Safely in 2015. Dainius also holds a Level 2 and 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing, as well as a M&S Code of Practice Training for Metal Detection.
