Alaa Sisalem

Alaa Sisalem currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Vitas Group, focusing on global business strategy and social impact across subsidiaries in the Middle East and Europe. Previously, Sisalem held the position of Transformation Manager at CHF Vitas Iraq, leading the organization's shift from NGO to for-profit while ensuring effective operations and talent development. Additionally, Sisalem has been a Board Member for Palestine Islamic Bank since December 2021 and has been the Chief Executive Officer of Vitas Palestine since January 2014, where significant strides were made in centralizing financial operations. Former leadership roles include Chairman of the Palestinian Microfinance Union, General Manager of Ryada for Lending and Financial Services, and various positions at CHF, culminating in a Chief Financial and Administrative Officer role. Sisalem holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ain Shamas University.
