Ala' Masri is a civil engineer with extensive experience in the water resources sector. Currently serving in the Palestinian Water Authority since February 2009, Ala' operates within the General Directories of Water Resources. Previously, Ala' held positions as a site civil engineer at CHF International from May 2005 to January 2006 and as a site engineer at Prico from March 2003 to May 2005. Ala' holds a master's degree in Water and Environmental Engineering from Birzeit University (2017-2019) and a Tawjihi in Civil Engineering from Al-Islamiyah Secondary School (1996). Educational background also includes attendance at An-Najah National University.

GOALS The Goals which are set by PWA, in order to achieve the mission in accordance with the values adopted, are: To define the optimum way to regulate, manage, protect and conserve the limited water resources as well as to optimize the benefit from water resources development by raising water consumption to levels which provide for a healthy environment and economic development.
