The Goals which are set by PWA, in order to achieve the mission in accordance with the values adopted, are: 
To define the optimum way to regulate, manage, protect and conserve the limited water resources as well as to optimize the benefit from water resources development by raising water consumption to levels which provide for a healthy environment and economic development.

The Water and Environment Management team at the Palestinian Water Authority is responsible for overseeing the sustainable regulation, development, and protection of water resources. This team ensures equitable water distribution, monitors environmental compliance, and implements projects such as groundwater management, desalination, water harvesting, and youth engagement in water conservation. Their collective efforts aim to optimize water usage, promote public health, and support economic development while safeguarding Palestine’s water resources.
