Jean Lorillon 🎨

Jean Lorillon has an extensive and diverse career history. After receiving a law degree in 2008, they began their working life as a Trainee Lawyer for White & Case. In 2010, they joined Rothschild as an M&A Associate and later worked as a Right Hand of the Axa CFO for MedLA in the Mediterranean and Latin America area. Since 2015, they have worked at Algolia as an Account Executive and Product Specialist. In 2020, they became an Entrepreneur In Residence for Entrepreneur First and Co-founder & CEO of Palettehq.com, a sales commission calculation company backed by Y Combinator. In 2021, they became a YC S21 Founder for Y Combinator and in 2022 they became a Member of The Galion Project, a Think Tank of Tech entrepreneurs. Previously, Jean Lorillon worked as a Federal Sailing Instructor at the Yacht club Saint-Lunaire, France in 2004.

Jean Lorillon's education history includes participation in the 2021 Summer 21 Batch at Y Combinator to pursue Entrepreneurship studies. Jean is currently enrolled in HEC Paris, however there is no degree associated with the program. Prior to this, Jean completed a Master of Laws - LLM at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Master in International Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Full Stack Developer course at Le Wagon. Additionally, Jean holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and a Prépa ECS from Notre-Dame du Grandchamp.
